Our minimum charge for corporate event photography is $300. This includes one photographer, for one hour, plus rapid delivery. We also offer step and repeat setups for an additional $250 per hour.
We encourage you to book a month or two in advance for best availability. It’s possible we could cover your event on a last minute notice, but our availability will be hit & miss.
If there are multiple things happening at your event at the same time and you want them all captured, you’ll need to have multiple photographers at the event. We offer great pricing for larger events where more that one photographer are needed.
Yes we can! We can set up a step-and-repeat station for an additional $250 per hour.
We’ll pull our any photos that are unflattering for you or your guests, or are duplicates. As an example, from a one hour event, you can expect about 100 high quality photos.
Your processing will never take more than 7 days. Most of our deliveries take place in less than 72 hours. We also provide express processing for same-day service for an additional fee.
Yes we can! Send us your logo, watermark, or other branding and we can attach it to all the images.
Absolutely. We’ve worked with organizations in advance, so each guest got a small card or imprint on the event invitation, telling where to download their photos, immediately after the event. It’s a big hit with guests! They can download, share, or print images quickly and easily!
